Holly Lund is an award winning & world renowned photographer based in Monmouth County, NJ specializing in fine art children’s portraiture. Holly creates whimsical & soulful images through her unique connection with her subjects.
She is an international workshop instructor & has been an Instructor with The Summerana Academy.
In international competition, Holly has been distinguished as a four-star Professional of WPE & an Associate of WPPI/ICON. She has received numerous placements & rankings, as well as various honors such as the ProPrints Excellence in Photography Award.
Previous mentees have noted that Holly has a knack for teaching the “why” along with the “how” of technique, allowing them to bring their unique visions to life. Her goal is to set you up for success in mastering your own style, not to produce carbon copies of her work. Students complete their sessions with Holly feeling empowered, knowledgeable & capable.
Speaking as someone who has taken two of Holly’s workshops so far, I can’t adequately describe the impact this has made on my photography. Holly not only has incredible command of Photoshop as a tool, but as a consummate artist and art historian, she has invaluable tips on improving your straight-out-of-camera photography, providing helpful pointers on posing, framing, lighting setup, and more. I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw immediate improvement in the way I both take and edit my photos, and I cannot recommend her expertise highly enough to anyone interested in fine art photography, portrait photography, and studio photography.

From beginner to experienced, I am able to work with those who have varying degrees of photography experience!
I do not have a mileage restriction; however, should you choose to have me as your mentor, you cannot be someone who currently provides photography education or tools (presets, actions, etc.). Likewise, you may not embark on offering photography education or tools for a period of one calendar year from your last session with me.
I reserve the right to deny anyone access to mentoring for any reason.
