Print Your Photos

It will make your family members feel loved & valued

In 1975, a study was conducted by a researcher from Tulane University about the effects portraits displayed in the home have on children’s self esteem. The study found that children who had their photographs taken & displayed in their homes exhibited 37% higher self-esteem than children who did not have their photographs displayed.

The researchers concluded that seeing oneself represented visually has a positive impact on a child’s self-esteem & teaches them that they are valued by their family.

Kids with high self esteem:

  • feel respected & valued
  • are resilient when they make a mistake
  • have a sense of purpose
  • act independently
  • take responsibility for their actions
  • have better stress management
  • are comfortable and secure in forming relationships
  • have the courage to make good decisions

“Displaying photos prominently in the home sends the message that our family and those in it are important to one another, and we honor the memories we have experienced."
